InfoGuard is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust and accordingly maintains the following Privacy Policy to protect the personal information you provide online. Information Collection
InfoGuard will only collect your personal information (such as your name, email address, physical address, or telephone number) if you or your employer provides it voluntarily in person, via telephone, electronically via websites, or email.
InfoGuard will only use personal information for the purpose of conducting business, including offering employment opportunities at InfoGuard and offering products and services by InfoGuard and its affiliated third-party service providers. If you do not want your personal information to be collected by InfoGuard, please do not submit it. InfoGuard will not retain the personal information you provide longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it is provided or to comply with business, regulatory, or legal requirements.
Our Policy Toward Children
InfoGuard does not knowingly collect personal information or target its sites and services to children under the age of eighteen. We encourage parents and guardians of children not to submit personal information about their children and to monitor their children’s online activity to prevent them from submitting personal information to InfoGuard. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal or contact information without their consent, they should contact us at Robert@InfoGuard.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our files immediately.
Retention Policy
We apply a general rule of keeping Personal Data for as long as it is required to fulfill the business purposes for which it was collected. In some circumstances, however, we may retain Personal Data for longer periods, including where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, tax, and accounting requirements or if required to do so by a legal process, legal authority, or other governmental entity capable of making this request. In accordance with the Access Section below, you may request that your information be deleted at any time.
Cookies
InfoGuard may employ the use of “cookies” in the process of marketing and advertising through third-party companies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by a web server in the domain that placed the cookie. Cookies do not store any information you have provided outside of forms you purposely fill in. You have the ability to delete cookie files from your hard drive at any time or avoid cookies by configuring your browser to reject them or to notify you when a cookie is being placed on your hard drive.
Information Use
InfoGuard only uses the information which is provided through this website to help improve InfoGuard’s services, to provide you with the products you have requested, to inform you about additional products or services that may be of interest to you for marketing purposes, and for other internal purposes.
InfoGuard does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to entities other than InfoGuard-affiliated companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and consultants.
Information Sharing with Third Parties
InfoGuard may provide personal information to third parties a) to assist the development of and provision of InfoGuard-related products and services to you and b) to establish accounts, billing, collection of payment, enforcing InfoGuard Terms and Conditions and the Acceptable Use Policy services where permitted by law, and protecting or enforcing our ability and rights to protect our other customers from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful, use by you of our services c) to comply, in accordance with the law, with court orders, civil or criminal subpoenas, and law enforcement, legal and governmental investigations.

Individuals have the right to access the Personal Data processed about them , and subject to applicable laws, individuals may request access to their Personal Data processed by contacting InfoGuard using the following methods:
Subject to applicable law, you may also have other rights available related to your Personal Data , including the right to:
- choose to “opt-out” of any third-party sharing of personal information (unless it was obtained in accordance with the “Use of Information” above) or the use of the personal information contradicts or is incompatible with the use for which it was collected;
- obtain a copy of your Personal Data together with information about how and on what basis that Personal Data is processed;
- rectify inaccurate Personal Data (including the right to complete incomplete Personal Data);
- erase your Personal Data (in limited circumstances, such as where it is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or processed);
- restrict processing of your Personal Data under certain circumstances;
- to withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal Data (where that processing is based on your consent); and
- to obtain or see a copy of the appropriate safeguards under which your Personal Data is transferred to a third country or international organization.
Security
InfoGuard has implemented security features throughout the InfoGuard website to prevent the unauthorized release of or access to personal information. Database information is kept separate from live servers and is firewall-protected. However, please be advised that although InfoGuard has endeavored to create a secure and reliable site for you, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from InfoGuard via the InfoGuard website or e-mail cannot be guaranteed. When disclosing any personal information via insecure methods, you should be mindful of the fact that it is potentially accessible to the public, and consequently, personal information can be collected and used by others without your consent. InfoGuard has no responsibility or liability for the security of information transmitted via the Internet.
External Web Sites
Privacy Shield Dispute Resolution
To the extent hyperlinks or banner advertisements incorporating hyperlinks are utilized to access third-party websites, you should be aware that InfoGuard does not control these third-party websites and, therefore, are not subject to this Privacy Policy. You should check the privacy policies of these individual websites to see how the operators of those third-party websites will utilize your personal information.
Privacy Shield
InfoGuard complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework; as part of this, we have certified to the US Department of Commerce that we adhere to the Privacy Shield principles of: Notice; Choice; Accountability for Onward Transfer; Security; Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation; Access; and Recourse, Enforcement, and Liability (the “Principles”), with respect to processing Personal Data on behalf of our Customers established in the European Union.

InfoGuard’s self-certification to the Privacy Shield is subject to the investigatory and enforcement authority of the Federal Trade Commission. InfoGuard continues to monitor updates to the Privacy Shield and any new regulatory changes impacting it.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
InfoGuard is committed to protecting sensitive information shared with it, including the personal information of California residents. InfoGuard has information management policies to protect information, including security, access controls, classification of information, privacy and data protection, and other relevant policies and standards governing the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, retention, and deletion of sensitive information.
As a “Service Provider” as defined in the CCPA, InfoGuard will not sell, retain, use, or disclose Personal Information for any purpose other than what is set forth in the agreements with our customers or those business purposes permitted by CCPA.
