Privacy Policy
InfoGuard Cybersecurity (“InfoGuard,” “we,” or “us”) protects information for a living, and we hold our own website to the same standard. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through www.infoguardsecurity.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
InfoGuard serves organizations in the United States. Information a client shares with us during an engagement is governed by that client’s services agreement and its confidentiality and data protection terms, not by this policy.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, request a consultation, subscribe to updates, or apply for a position, you may give us your name, business email address, company name, job title, phone number, and the details of your request.

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive data through web forms or email. If an engagement requires sensitive data, we will agree on a secure method with you first.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as those that keep forms and pages functioning. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work as intended.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our business records, or to meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
How We Protect Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards matched to the security risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the state you live in, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we collected from you.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use targeted advertising.
- Not be treated differently for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email Info@InfoGuardSecurity.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before acting on it and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask that agent for proof of authority. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will explain the outcome of the appeal in writing.
